Congratulations to CCMF Board of Trustees member Fran Mancia on his recent election to serve as one of four Alumni Regents for the University of California! His two-year term begins July 1, and he will also serve as the 2017 UC Alumni Associations President. Fran is a vice-president of government relations for MuniServices LLC, a Sacramento-based revenue enhancement and protection advocacy firm that specializes in representing government agencies, including cities, counties and special districts. He is very active with the Alumni Council of the UCSB Department of Communication and has been the chair of the UCSB Alumni Association’s Advocacy Committee for the past two years.
