City Managers Seek to Help City of Bell

The California city management community through ICMA, the League of Cities and CCMF has risen up to help the City of Bell secure professional city managers on an interim basis. The result of these efforts were the interim roles played by Ken Hampian and Arne Croce.

This 8 minute video features interviews with key parties who helped coordinate and execute on the effort, plus those involved at the city.
