Engaging Local Government Leaders (ELGL) is conducting a survey for local government leaders. Diversity Dashboard seeks to compare and contrast diversity across communities with similar demographics. CCMF recommends that all members take and share this survey with your staff.

The goal of the Diversity Dashboard survey is to measure the diversity of local government leadership. The survey will compile the gender, race, age, and veteran status of all local government chief administrative officers and assistant chief administrative officers. When the data is compiled, it will be released in an interactive OpenGov dashboard format.
