A highly qualified, enthusiastic candidate is sought to fill the City Manager position. The City is seeking a City Manager who will encourage an open and transparent relationship with the City Council and staff. The incoming City Manager will be a seasoned professional and forward-thinking visionary who is fiscally conservative and capable of handling economic development while ensuring the long-term financial stability of the City.
A typical candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred. Candidates must possess eight (8) years of increasingly responsible experience in a City or other government administration involving responsibility for the planning, organization, implementation, and supervision of a variety of City departments and City programs.
The salary for the City Manager position is open and negotiable, dependent upon qualifications. The City also offers an attractive benefits package.
