How to Register as a Player
Fees: CCMF Member – $125.00 ; Non-Member – $175.00.
Player fee includes: green fees, golf cart, range balls, welcome package, box lunch, 2 drink tickets and a Post-Tournament Reception.
To register: download, print, fill out and mail the Player Registration Form. The completed Form, along with your check (made out to “CCMF”), should be sent to:
