On August 14, 2019, CCMF organized a luncheon for local government officials in the Coachella Valley area. This year, the new City Manager of Indian Wells, Chris Freeland, followed the footsteps of former City Manager and CCMF President, Wade McKinney in hosting the luncheon. This is the third consecutive year that CCMF has executed a regional get-together with local government officials in the Coachella Valley area.
The event welcomed local City Managers to discuss issues related to the Coachella Valley. It also provided individuals with an opportunity to get acquainted with their peers in the local government space and allowed for the sharing of creative ideas and processes.
