This session is a unique opportunity to learn tips for effective management from three diverse perspectives. The panel will discuss strategies for attracting and retaining city managers and city attorneys amid an epidemic of high turnover. They will also offer solutions for providing stable leadership during turbulent political environments. Attendees will learn best practices for training city employees to be proactive administrators.
