For over 35 years, CCMF’s mission has been to promote and encourage excellence in city management in all of California’s 480+ incorporated cities and towns. We are proud of the resources and services we provide for our valued members. Part of CCMF’s mission is also focused on keeping up with the times, and maintaining the reputation of a forward-looking, trusted organization. To that end, CCMF is pleased to announce the unveiling of a new logo.CCMF California City Management Foundation logo

“CCMF is a premier advocacy and support organization for California city managers,” said CCMF President Ken Striplin. “We took the new year as an opportunity to refresh our brand identity, and remind members that we are focused on one thing: enabling California city managers to make a positive impact in their communities.”

The logo design reflects this ethos. To emphasize our commitment to city managers in particular, CCMF chose to embolden the “CM” in the logo [CCMF]. Moreover, CCMF placed an outline of the state of California in the letter “O” of the word “California” to highlight the association’s regional focus. It’s important that members and corporate sponsors know that CCMF is a Californian organization to its core, and its primary focus is improving local government operations throughout our state.

An organization’s logo is often the first thing current or prospective members see when visiting a website, reading an email, or engaging with social media content. It is important that the organization’s brand identity aligns with its mission and broader goals.

CCMF looks forward to dispatching its new logo design across all print and digital collateral in 2023. We hope you are as excited about it as we are!
