The California City Management Foundation (CCMF) is proud to introduce its first-ever Mid-Career Workshop, a three-day professional development experience for city managers navigating the pivotal middle stage of their careers. The workshop will be held April 22–24, 2026, at The Ranch in Laguna Beach.
Designed as a space for reflection, connection and shared learning, the program will feature interactive discussions and group sessions on topics such as leadership legacy, career transitions, work-life integration and professional purpose. Attendees will also enjoy networking opportunities through group meals and a special dinner in Laguna Beach.
By the end of the program, participants will leave with renewed clarity, practical strategies and stronger professional connections to support their continued success in city management.
