The California City Management Foundation (CCMF) is pleased to award Kevin Kearney the second $5,000 Harvard Leadership Program Scholarship.
The 2017 New and Future City Managers Seminar will be on November 3-5, 2017. The deadline to submit applications is Thursday, September 14 at 5pm.
