  2. You will then receive an email, asking you to confirm your contact information and inviting you to submit your Membership payment to complete the Membership registration process.

NOTES: Please ensure that the email address you identify while making a payment matches the email address you use to register your account.

If you are registering on behalf of your city manager, please create a username, password and provide the city manager’s email contact information.
